I love finding great new ways to exercise....(now I just need to get off my duff and exercise more often) here is a great video I found awhile back and plan to implement this into some of my days moving forward. I prefer to use exercises that do not include machines unless you have to, so it is exercises like these that to me are a much more fun way to kick your butt and get some great range of movement exercises to boot (get it, kick your butt and to boot in the same sentence yep, I am a word play genius). The great thing about exercise is you do not have to pay a gym, and you do not always need a machine!
Follow the link below and try some of these modifications to the bear crawl and let me know what you think!! Or, try them all :)
(By the way, even though these may seem like child's play, they are not, start out slow and work your way up. These are not only strength training but also cardio so feel free to make these into a great warm up.)

- Brian Hicks Licensed Massage Therapist
- My goal as a Licensed Massage Therapist is to provide you with more than just relaxation and stress relief. I focus on helping relieve pain and muscle tightness by working to align your body back to its natural posture and help increase the body's full range of movement through various forms of soft tissue massage, deep tissue massage and energy work. I also am deeply committed to fully understanding your individual needs so we can work together toward a positive outcome. My clients often comment that they’ve never had a massage therapist spend so much time talking and asking questions prior to a massage, that its refreshing to know that I really do care and want to know exactly how they are feeling or how they actually injured themselves. No two people are alike, which is why no two massages I give are the same. I customize my work to create the best possible results for each of my clients.

So I do not often do this on my blog but I am sending out a question via my blog and my Facebook page. The question is simple.
Does anyone have good options for inexpensive candles that are more natural??
I have been using Yankee Candle for years but recently I have noticed that the candles no longer burn fully down, nor do they burn clean. Even with cutting the wick I get a ton of black smoke. I have tried some other candles recently that have done decent but I was wondering what options other people are using out there.
If you can, please respond on either this site or Facebook and let me know what brands and scents you are using and ones that you yourself enjoy. Could you also put where you purchase them from since I know there are many sites out there that are not retail locations.
Thank you in advance for all of your help
